1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoScore (the “Service”, “Platform”, or “Web App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GeoScore. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

1. Users may create an account to access and use the Service.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it updated.
4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

GeoScore is not a user-generated content platform. Users cannot create, upload, or publish content on the Service. Any data processed through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Free Trials

1. GeoScore offers paid subscription plans to access certain features or services.
2. A free trial may be offered at our discretion. The duration and conditions of the free trial will be specified at sign-up.
3. At the end of the free trial, unless you cancel before its expiry, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fees will be charged.
4. All prices, subscription durations, and billing terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize GeoScore to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees in accordance with the billing cycle displayed at the time of purchase.

7. Feedback & Suggestions

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service, you acknowledge and agree that GeoScore may use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you. You grant GeoScore a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service.

8. Promotions, Offers & Contests

GeoScore may run promotions, special offers, or contests from time to time. These may be subject to additional terms and conditions which will be communicated separately. In case of any conflict between such additional terms and these Terms, the additional terms will govern for the duration and scope of the promotion or contest.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.

10. Intellectual Property

1. All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, and software used on the Service are owned by or licensed to GeoScore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may involve integration with or use of third-party services (such as analytics or payment processors). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. GeoScore is not responsible for any third-party services or the acts or omissions of third parties.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GeoScore does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoScore, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall GeoScore’s aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to GeoScore in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination

GeoScore may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for operational, security, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, but not limited to, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
